How much weight loss is safe weight loss?

Government guidelines recommend that for safe permanent effective weight loss you should aim for an average of 2lbs a week. When you lose weight more quickly than this, there is a good chance that you are starving your body and slowing down your metabolic rate. If your metabolic rate reduces, then as soon as you start eating more you are likely to put the weight back on quite quickly.

How can I Lose Weight Easily?

Weight lossOne of the hardest parts of losing weight is getting started.  When you face the goal of looking at how much weight you want to lose it can seem daunting at first. Hypnosis and EFT can help you to see your goals as attainable and realistic. I also have lots of motivational techniques to help you along the way. Just imagine how fantastic you will feel as you begin to achieve your weight loss goal.

What about my cravings?

Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping therapy), NLP and hypnosis, it is quick and easy to make those foods which you crave seem like a thing of the past as you begin to control food rather than it controlling you. Often a food craving is linked to an emotion and EFT or Tapping is particularly good at dissipating these cravings.
