What is The Emotional Freedom Technique?
The EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is sometimes known as the Tapping Therapy. EFT is and exciting new energy psychology which has developed over the last two decades, and is based on the ancient Chinese Meridian Energy system. Emotional Freedom Technique is sometimes known as “Emotional Acupuncture” for when we use EFT we use gentle tapping techniques to cause gentle vibrations throughout those Meridians used in acupuncture…without the needles!
How does EFT work?
Because EFT involves tapping on all of the meridians which connect with every part of the body clients find that Emotional Freedom Technique can be effective in unexpected ways. Emotional Freedom Technique can help heal both physical and emotional wounds very quickly. EFT is based on the theory that all negative emotion and pain is caused by a disruption to the body’s energy system. By tapping on the meridian points of the energy system, a reboot can occur allowing the energy to flow smoothly again…much like in an electrical circuit.
Will EFT Hurt?
NO! Most people find it an extremely relaxing and calming therapy. Every care is taken when using EFT so that you find the experience cleansing , uplifting and ENJOYABLE!
